HOW DO TENANTS SUBMIT MAINTENANCE REQUESTS?
Easy! Tenants make their requests online through Stratafolio, our user-friendly software that provides real-time status updates for all parties: Plaza Sunrise Management, your tenents, and you as the property owner.
All urgent requests are submitted by contacting an emergency phone line.
WHAT ABOUT VACANT SPACES?
There is no need to worry about your property’s appearance with us as your manager. We will continue to maintain the vacant units, keep it clean, maintain pest control and manage the utilities, regardless of its occupancy. Your property will remain in a “lease-ready” state.
